Vyzer’s Role Management feature allows you to securely collaborate with others by granting them access to your portfolio with customized permissions. It is ideal for involving a spouse, financial advisor, tax professional, or team members without sharing your personal login credentials.
➤ What are the available roles?
You can assign one of three roles: Admin, Editor, or Guest, each offering different levels of access and control.
🔍 For a full breakdown of what each role can and cannot do, see: How do roles and permissions work?
➤ Who can use Role Management?
Role Management is available on Premium plans and above. If you are on a Basic plan, you will not see the invite option in your account. You can upgrade at any time to unlock this feature.
➤ Designed for family offices and wealth managers
Role Management is also ideal for multi-family offices and wealth managers who oversee multiple client portfolios. It allows for streamlined access control, efficient team collaboration, and quick switching between client accounts without compromising security.
➤ How to invite someone to your Vyzer account
To invite someone and assign them a role:
Go to Account Settings > Role Management
Select “Invite” and enter their email address
Choose the appropriate role and send the invitation
🔔 Important: Invitations expire after 7 days. If the invitee does not accept the invitation within that time, you will need to resend it from your Role Management settings.
➤ Need help logging in as an invited user?
If someone has been invited to your account, they can log in using their email (either with Google or with email and password) and will automatically see the shared portfolio or portfolios based on the role assigned to them.
