➤ Were you invited to someone else’s account?
If you were invited to an existing Vyzer account via Role Management, you do not need to create a new account. Just log in using your invited email (via Google or email and password), and you will automatically see the portfolio or portfolios you have been granted access to, based on the role assigned to you (Admin, Editor, or Guest).
💡 This feature is available on Premium plans and above. If you do not see any shared portfolios, please confirm that the invitation was sent to the correct email address.
🕒 Please note: Role Management invitations expire after 7 days. If you are having trouble signing in and it has been more than a week since the invite was sent, the account owner will need to resend the invitation.
