Overview

This feature offers nuanced access management and collaborative functionalities. Whether you're delegating responsibilities to family members, wealth managers, or assistants, Vyzer provides flexible access through clearly defined roles and permissions, including full access, edit, and view-only options.

Feature Eligibility

The Role Management feature is available exclusively in our Premium Plan and Elite Plan only.

Permissions

Read-Only πŸ‘€: Grants users the ability to view features without modifying them. For instance, users can view assets but cannot edit them, approve events, or write notes.

Write πŸ› οΈ: Allows modifications to features. For example, users can upload files to the magic box.

Roles

Roles consist of permissions assigned to users, and four distinct sets of permissions are available:

  • Guest: View-only access to features.

  • Editor: Ability to edit and modify features.

  • Administrator: Full access to manage features, including billing and integrations.

  • Owner: The individual who created the account, with sole authority to invite other owners.
