Using filters in Vyzer can significantly enhance your investment management experience. By customizing your data views, you gain insights tailored specifically to your needs.

Finding the Filters: At the very top of your Vyzer account page, you'll notice a search bar labeled "Filters".

Choosing a Filter: Clicking on "Filters" displays a list of categories for sorting your data, including:

  • Holding Entity

  • Asset Classes

  • Institution / Sponsor

  • Ownership %

  • Asset Value

  • Start / End Date

  • Currency

Selecting any category will display a dropdown menu with specific metrics for filtering your data.

Using the Asset Class Filter: For example, when you choose "Asset Classes", you'll find more options. Selecting "Real Estate" here will prompt a new box labeled "Categories" to appear.

Selecting a Category: In the "Categories" dropdown within Real Estate, various subcategories are available. Click on the one you wish to view, and your data will be sorted accordingly.

Applying the Filter: After selecting your categories, hit “Apply Filter”. Your dashboard updates to show only information related to your selected filters. The filters you've applied are listed above your dashboard for easy reference.

Removing a Filter: To remove a filter, simply click on the 'X' next to the filter name above the dashboard. This action reverts your view to the original, unfiltered state.
