At Vyzer, we have three levels of support, depending on the plan you select:

  1. Basic Support: Includes online chat and email assistance with responses typically within one business day.

  2. Preferred Support: Offers faster response times, usually within a few hours, along with all features of Basic Support.

  3. Priority Support: Our premium tier, aiming for immediate response (up to an hour), phone support, and a dedicated account manager for personalized service.
