Vyzer’s Magic Box is an AI-powered document processing tool designed to make setting up and updating your account fast and efficient. Whether you’re a new user in the onboarding phase or updating your portfolio on an ongoing basis, the Magic Box seamlessly turns your uploaded files into structured assets, liabilities, or accounts.


For New Members and Onboarding Users

If you're new to Vyzer or currently in the data onboarding phase, Magic Box AI provides an efficient setup experience by automatically extracting core details from your financial documents, such as assets, liabilities, and accounts.

How It Works:

  1. Upload Your Document: Simply upload or email any financial document (e.g., balance sheet, investment tracker, or financial statement) to the Magic Box. Vyzer’s Magic Box AI will analyze the document, automatically identifying essential details like asset name, category, value, and currency.

  2. User Review: Magic Box AI will create initial items in your portfolio for you to review and approve, allowing you to confirm that all core details are accurate.

  3. Data Verification & Further Analysis: After your approval, the remaining information undergoes a detailed analysis to capture and validate any additional details needed. This step typically completes within 24 hours.

  4. Automatic Updates: Once the verification is complete, your portfolio is updated automatically, and a confirmation email is sent.


For Ongoing Updates

For users updating their Vyzer portfolio, Magic Box makes it easy to submit new financial documents for seamless integration into your account. Here’s how the process works:

  • Document Submission: Simply upload or email any new financial documents to the Magic Box. Vyzer’s AI will process these documents within 48 hours to organize any updates or new items in your portfolio.

  • Data Verification: Once processing is complete, details will be automatically added to your portfolio. A confirmation email will follow, notifying you that updates or asset creation is finalized.


Important Information for Document Submission

To ensure accurate processing, please ensure that your documents include:

  • For Updating Existing Items: Clearly indicate the asset or liability by including a reference, such as the asset’s name.

  • For Creating New Items: Include:

    • Start Date (e.g., initial investment date)

    • Initial Value (e.g., original investment amount)

    • Historical Dates (e.g., contributions or distributions to date)

    • Expectations (e.g., projected returns, distribution schedules)

For added convenience, you can also email documents directly to [email protected] for Magic Box processing.

Data Privacy and Security

We use bank-grade security and advanced encryption technologies to protect data privacy. All submitted documents are anonymized and then analyzed either by our LLM (Large Language Model) or, when needed, by our in-house team of analysts. Rest assured, your data is never used to train our LLM model.
