How does the Magic Box work?

You can easily set up your account or update it with Vyzer's "Magic Box"

We're all about streamlining your investment data collection. This can be for setting up new assets/liabilities or updating existing ones.

The process is straightforward - Simply upload or forward any financial document and Vyzer will automatically create an "item" (aka asset/liability) out of the documents or update an existing one. This process is a combination of machinery and human intervention, but all information sent is anonymized before someone from our team sees it.

This process usually takes no more than 48 hours, but please allow extra time for more complex documents.

[IMPORTANT] Please make sure the following information appears in the documents/emails submitted:

  1. For the system to update the correct item, the info submitted to the Magic box must indicate which item needs to be updated, for example having the asset's name on it.

  2. For the system to create item:

    1. Item start date (e.g. Initial investment date)

    2. Initial item value (e.g. Initial investment amount)

    3. Historical date (e.g. contributions made or distributions received to date)

    4. Expectations (e.g. distribution/capital call schedule, projected returns etc.)

You can also email any information or documents directly to [email protected] to add it to the Magic Box.
