How do I add my first "item"? (asset/liability)

Setting up your account can be overwhelming. We're here to help you streamline this process as seamlessly as possible.

The best things in life come in three's, our set up process is no different!

We have three options for you to add "Items" to Vyzer.

An "Item" basically refers to an asset or a liability.

The Magic Box

You can easily set up your account or update it with Vyzer's "Magic Box"

Simply upload or forward any financial document and Vyzer will automatically create an "item" (aka asset/liability) out of the documents or update an existing one. This process is a combination of machinery and human intervention but all information sent is anonymized before someone from our team sees it.

This process usually takes no more than 48 hours, but please allow extra time for more complex documents.

For the system to update the correct asset, the info submitted to the Magic box must indicate which item needs to be updated, for example having the asset's name on it.

You can also email any information or documents directly to [email protected] to add it to the Magic Box.

Syncing an account

We use the best technology on the market to integrate with as many financial institutions/products as possible. Using this option you will be able to sync a bank account, investment account, fund's investor portal and more.

We're constantly working on improving connectivity and adding more institutions to sync with. Currently syncing with more than 17,000 institutions.

Manually adding items

Pretty self explanatory. Each item type has a unique flow for adding it to your account.

For example, real estate tends to have cash flow expectations, while startup investments usually don't. Each will have different flows and attributes while adding them to your account.
