The Vault is your central place on Vyzer to upload, organize, and connect your financial documents to your portfolio. It uses smart AI to help turn files into data, making your financial tracking easier and more accurate.

Where to Find It:

Look for “Vault” in the left-hand sidebar, or go to + Add Asset → Import from files.


What You Can Do with the Vault

Clean, User-Friendly Design

The Vault now has a fresh layout that’s easier to use and navigate. Whether you're uploading one document or dozens, the experience is smooth, fast, and intuitive.

AI That Works Behind the Scenes

Once you upload a file, Vyzer’s AI takes care of the rest:

  • Applies smart tags to organize your documents

  • Generates brief, helpful descriptions based on the content

  • Connects each document to the relevant asset in your portfolio

This reduces manual work and keeps everything in sync.

Add Helpful Information to Each File

To keep your documents even more organized, you can add:

  • Tags and file types

  • Dates and reporting periods

  • Status updates to show where each file is in the processing flow

This extra information makes it easier to understand and search your documents at a glance.

Sort and Filter with Ease

Quickly find what you need using built-in sorting options:

  • By name

  • By file size or format (PDF, Excel, etc.)

  • By status (processing, complete, etc.)

  • By last update or modification date

You can also use filters like tags, time periods, or file status to narrow down your results.

Connect Documents to Your Assets

The Vault doesn’t just store your files. It helps you take action by linking each document to the right investment in your portfolio. Just click to go from a document to its associated asset.

Save Time with Bulk Actions

Managing large volumes of documents is simple with bulk tools. You can:

  • Download multiple files at once

  • Delete several documents together

  • Update tags across multiple files in a single step


How the Vault Works

Here’s what happens when you use the Vault:

  1. Upload a document using the Vault

  2. Vyzer’s AI processes the content and pulls out key data

  3. Additional insights are added within 24 hours (if needed)

  4. Tags and descriptions are automatically applied

  5. The file is linked to the appropriate investment in your portfolio


Getting Started

To begin, open the Vault from your left-hand menu or click + Add Asset → Import from files. Start uploading your financial documents and let Vyzer take care of organizing, labeling, and connecting everything to your portfolio.
