Vyzer keeps you informed about important updates and events through two types of notifications:

  1. In-App Notifications

  2. Email Notifications

Accessing In-App Notifications

On the top-right corner of your Vyzer dashboard, you’ll notice a ball icon. This is your notifications hub. Each row in the notification panel represents a specific item, such as an asset or liability.

  • Clicking on a notification row will take you directly to the relevant item page for more details.

Types of Notifications

Vyzer provides notifications for the following scenarios:

1. Overdue Events

If you have an overdue event—such as an expected distribution that Vyzer could not confirm as received, or one that hasn’t been marked as confirmed by you—it will appear as a notification.

  • A red dot will display next to the specific item (asset or liability) to draw your attention.

  • Overdue events typically highlight items where actions from the past month are required.

2. Events with Suggested Transactions

Vyzer also notifies you when it identifies transactions in your synced accounts that match specific events tied to your assets, such as distributions or payments.

  • These notifications will appear with a blue dot next to the corresponding item (asset or liability).

  • You will need to confirm the match. If the asset is synced using VIP Sync, Vyzer might automatically approve the event for you.

Email Notifications

In addition to in-app notifications, Vyzer keeps you updated via email for key events. Here's how email notifications work:

  1. Suggested Transactions

Emails about suggested transactions are sent once a week. These highlight potential matches between transactions in your synced accounts and events tied to your assets or liabilities.

  2. Overdue Events

Emails about overdue events are sent when Vyzer detects a missed distribution or payment. These ensure you’re reminded to review and confirm any pending items.

  3. Upcoming Capital Calls

For upcoming capital calls, Vyzer sends an email one month before the capital call is due. This helps you stay prepared and manage your finances effectively.

Summary

Notifications ensure you never miss important updates about your assets or liabilities. With in-app alerts and regular email notifications, Vyzer keeps you informed about overdue events, suggested transactions, and upcoming capital calls—so you can take timely action.
